Suffering with UTI symptoms for 2 yrs
I have been suffering with consistent UTIs for more than 2 years now. Yes I have consulted the doctor, completed my antibiotic course a couple of times , maintain hygiene , try to drink water and also have D mannose. But still it ALWAYS comes back. My test reports show no bacterial growth but always excessive presence of pus cells. I don't know what's happening

Having only pus cells and no bacteria is called Sterile Pyuria. Only if you’re symptomatic, you need evaluation and treatment. If you’re asymptomatic, you need treatment only if you’re pregnant.
