My son is 12 months old ,he is suffering from cold from 10days, l used T minic syrup -2.5 ml 3 times per day,and ambrodil-lx syrup 2.5 ml,when he was sleeping he getting sound please suggest the medicine

Use saline nasal drops also, if breathing normally, active n playful, feeding well ... nothing to worry
