Suffering from UTI from past 2 months

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello doctor, U have been suffering from UTI from past 2 months which started as a result of dehydration. I had used antibiotics and drank CITRALIKA syrup in two different doses, My symptoms improved a bit but it is not completely cured and I am worried as hell please give me a solution I m having like this in first time, please help
