Please guide me through medicines i am suffering from pukes/fissures. Its paining in my anal. It started because of constipation.
Currently from monday night i am taking Enzoflam (morning and evening), creamaffin syrup(20ml in night with warm water) and applying Pilex cream
But still there is hardly any relief
Please suggest.

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take some stool softening medicine for easy evacuation. If Cremaffin syrup is doing well then continue it. Take sitz bath followed by application of Some soothing agent like coconut oil or cow's ghee. For further support, you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal institute.

Fissure is nothing but u getting wound over anal region due to apply to force while defication....See u have taken the medicines and not getting go for Ayurveda and see the results....
