Hi
Do this:-
:- Drink boiled leukiwarm water in early morning empty stomach .
:- after 15 min do two yoga anulom vilom and kapal bhati daily.
:-change your eating habits. Do not eat fried and outside street food.
:- Do not eat chilli.
Take this medicine:-
:-One tablet albendazole once in a month
:- one tablet of rebeprazole ( anta acid) for 3 ,4 days
:- two tablet of Gasex( himalaya company) after breakfast, lunch,dinner. ( for 15 days)
