Suffering from Hypothyroidism
I am 32 years male Weight 95kg Height 5.10. My TSH level is 6.8. I don't want to take Thyroid allopathic medicine. Is there a permanent cure for my Hypothyroidism in Ayurveda. Also will it help in my weight reduction .

Hi as per your query your TSH level is 6.8 your wt.ic 95kg In this condition you don't need to take allopathic medicines.

Please do these Asan daily empty stomach morning:- Ujjai Sinhasan Kapalbhati and anulom vilom Sarvang asan Halasan  bhujangasan. Do these asan for half an hr daily. Second :- sock one tabe spoon of dhania seed in normal water for a night and drink this water in morning after 20 min yoga. :- you can start thyrogrit tablet  one tablet(available at patanjli   medical store) :- boil some guava leaves in water then gargal it daily Do it for one month and then repeat test.then please share pic of latest report and repeated test report.
