Sinhasan
Kapalbhati and anulom vilom
Sarvang asan
Halasan bhujangasan.

Second :- sock one tabe spoon of dhania seed in normal water for a night and drink this water in morning after 20 min yoga.
:- you can start thyrogrit tablet one tablet(available at patanjli medical store)
:- boil some guava leaves in water then gargal it daily
