Am suffering hairfall from last 1year, 2weeks back done with blood test so my   vitamin b12 is 151pg/mL(low) &  vitamin d3 is 7.8 ng/mL (low)  ☆For b12 using (methylcobalamin alpha lipoic acid and vitamins capsules) ☆for d3 using (60k capsule) How many days it will take to recover from hairloss using this supplements and following diets
