Suffering from Cough
My son has suffering from cough for past 3 days
In day time hardly max 6 to 7 a day. But in night time is more that too after 3 Am. Yesterday vomiting only mucus. No fever(approximately 98.5 in forehead thermometer) and running nose or sneezing. He is active only. What can I do for this? Is this symptom of Corona. No travel history.

Pls give med for the cough and cold
It is not corona
For cough -alex cough syp three times daily
For cold -syp zyrtec only in the night
Age and weight of ur child
