Suffering from back ache
A couple of days ago, i was taking my shower and i happen to catch a sprain in my left shoulder. I had horrible pain for the whole of that day in my back, a little below the left shoulder. The pain was so heavy that i had to leave office and rush to a doctor. Due to the pain, i presume it is due to the pain, i am getting heavy fever during the night and probably once, I got it during the day also. The pain was just at one spot. However, since the next day, my entire back started aching real bad. Today morning, when i got up, i got a feel that my back was tied up with ropes for a really long time and someone just released it. It was really hard and gave a very tight feel. As of now, pain is not that heavy, but then, the maximum i can sit at one place continuously is 5 minutes. The 6th minute, it starts to pain like hell. I used to masturbate on a minimum once a day, and it would go up to two and at times thrice also. I have dome this for four years straight. However, i have now quit.

Hi.... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
