Suffering chondromalacia
My father is suffering from knee pain due to chondromalacia ,what are the treatment . He feel pain while taking stair. With medication also suggest some exercises which help to cure fast

Elderly people are less likely to get chondromalacia, pain is generally due to osteoarthritis (wearing of the cartilage). Must evaluate the joint clinically and decide on what is the best course of treatment for him.
