I have been using minoxidil 5% and finastride 0.1% topical solution for the past 1 year i used to have receding hair line along with thinning hair in crown area but most of the area was covered with new hair and thickness of hair improved overtime during the 1st 8 months without any side effects . But for the past 2 to 3 months the receding has started and thinning in crown area also has restarted even with continued use of the topical solution. What could be the reason and should I switch to oral finastride or are there any other forms of treatment that could help me ?
