The most likely wart on neck noticed after shaving in a salon can be a viral wart. This can spread very quickly with daily shaving if not treated urgently. Seek a dermatologist opinion urgently. First start to shave using an electric trimmer which will prevent spread of the virus. The viral wart can be removed with radiofrequency cautery very easily as an opd procedure. An early diagnosis and treatment can prevent the spread of the disease and consequently bigger procedure.
