  4. Suddenly fever at night. Plese help me!

Suddenly fever at night
My 5 year old nephew is suffering fever at 12 am today not any other symptoms he is sleeping also but fever comes 2 times till 6 am I dont know the exact weight its under 16to 19kg He is normal What should i do Plese suggest some medicines Plese help me

Give syrup crocin (240 ) in a dose of 5ml whenever fever is above 100F. If he is active, continue the same Max every 6 hours. Contact again tomorrow or sos if there is a new symptom
