Sudden weight gain
I have been increasing in my weight,I fill a sudden weight gain due to which I am unable to walk for long ,even unable to control my hunger,and my mensurational is being delayed min 1 -2 weeks from past 3 months. Above mentioned weight is not accurate,please suggest me to reduce my weight.

Hi Add 3 to 4 servings off fruits and vegetables in your diet . Drink 3 lt of water daily . Have antioxidants rich foods and make it a habit to include antioxidants in your diet . Stop eating processed food , outside food and deep fried foods. Start walk and gradually increase the speed and make sure you do it for 45mins. Small frequent meals will be good for you .

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts in every meal.restrict intake of rice,wheat. Spicy oilyfood,bakeryfoods,nonveg,preserved foods,fastfoods are to avoided. Millets are best substitute for rice,wheat. Walk,exercise,yoga,play sports everyday for two hrs. Sleep for six hrs atleast leisurely at night. Drink enough water. Almonds,walnuts ,figs are healthy. Gingely,jaggery,horsegram,drumstick,papaya,are good to stabilise weight. Do not withhold ur natural urges.

Hii..very goodmorning Their are so many reasons of sudden gain.. Sometimes beoz of stress or work load ...we even can't able to control our senses..how much and how many times we r eating. Sometimes when we trying to loose weight ,we start skipping the meals and on the next meal and we eat more than the quantity.

Includes small and frequent meals. keep healthy items for munching like roasted makhana or roasted chana Reduce the refined carbs ( sugar as available) Never skip your breakfast. start your day with oats / dalia / sprouts

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
