Sudden weight fluctuations
Actually about 2 months ago my weight has gained suddenly but then a month agi I have lost 2 kgs of weight. But this month I've agian gained one kg of weight. Why?

Hi Maybe this weight fluctuation is because of irregular routine like no exercise, no nutritious diet, no timings, late night dinner, some time skipping meal also could be the main reason for weight fluctuation.... without knowing your routine we can't suggest anything. So please share your last 3 days diet routine and everything then only anything could be told. Thankyou

Hello! It can happen due to hormonal changes,and the amount of work you do ,etc. Only keep a check on your BMI. Rest is ok. And exercise on daily basis,and have lots of salad,and seasonal fruit as well(in moderate quantity). Stay blessed. Thankyou!
