  4. Sudden swellings. Why this happens?

Sudden swellings
I'm 10 week pregnant..since  Before missed period I had swellings. One day upper lip swelling, one day eye swelling, one day hands and finger swelling.. Swellings come next day disappear and again come.. Why this happens
