Sudden rise in pressure and anxiety
Hello Doctors, few days back when I lied down in bed for sleep at night, I had a weird feeling like something is happening to me, I got up but the feeling became worse and when I measured my pressure it was very high. I ate amiopres 5 tablet and then could sleep but next day I was very weak. I did some blood test and found that cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol and non hdl cholesterol are borderline-high. After some days, I did fasting and ate only tea, fruits and milk and again I had that feeling at night but relatively less intense than earlier. The next day after fasting I did another cbc test empty stomach. Everything is ok like vitamins, electrolytes etc. but only platelet count is 75. Do I need to worry?what I need to do? I used to have panic attacks from many years and currently I am on medication nexadsr for gas and RX plus for vitamins and minerals. I generally have weakness and lethargy.

My impression is that you are quite erratic in taking your treatment for Hypertension. You should know that you have to take treatment for Hypertension very regularly. You can't say that "you were feeling better so you don't take your medicine". By this kind of attitude such problems occur. As per your question at present we should be interested in controlling your BP as priority One. Other things like lipid profile and level of Vitamins can wait. Please consult with a General Physician on Practo or in your area and let's put you on proper treatment for Hypertension.
