Sudden low period
Hi, I used to exercise a lot every day usually light weights or skipping but it never affected my periods. Since two months I started running on the treadmill and working the exercise bike and I noticed my periods have become like spotting. I have pcod for which i take yasmin but the lightest dose. So my periods were absolutely fine for so many years but since two months since i started doing 40 minutes of cardio, I noticed negligible periods. I'm not pregnant as well. Any idea what's wrong and what I should do? Due to covid cases I'm avoiding going to a clinic or a hospital. Please guide.
