Sudden increase heart rate sometimes in

From past two days I find sudden increase in heart rate where I can feel heart pumping is fast it happens sometimes in day or evening which continues till night
I do not have any diabetes or blood pressure
When I consulted my family doctor he said it's due to panic
But iam panicking
Please let me know how to overcome this problem any treatment for this

Seems like anxiety related. Get your ECG , CBC and thyroid function tests done.
