Sudden Hypermobility
I had very bad shoulder press 4-5 months back after that i got osteoarthritis of tmj on left side & after this suddenly i have hypermobility whole of the left side body, i feel less weighted on left side & feel no stretch, i dont feel pressure too when i have to pass stools. What is wrong ? What is the treatment ?

Hy  I advised to consult a neurologist and neuro physiotherapist for good assessment and proper diagnosis. This is not a general muscular weakness. Maybe involved brain problem like any thrombus in brain and other parts.

ASAP CT scan brain study done to reveal any thrombus formation in the brain, based on the diagnosis we will have to plan the management.

Hi Greetings! Based on your details lot of questions will raise why it was suddenly on left side alone even the age is 24 yrs. I need any h/o HTN, DM, f/o of stroke. If you are doing work out muscles will get strength.

Greetings,  sorry about the concern. Problem is largely due to poor fitness and nothing else.  You seem to have muscle weakness.

hire a physio as your personal trainer plus get to see a dietitian for a balanced diet and proceed with this program and you will definitely get the best results in terms of all your concerns being addressed. also check vitamin d levels and optimise it as well.
