Sudden heart beat fast at night
Yesterday while using phone at night, I fell asleep and went on a short nap. But then I woke up suddenly, and my heart was pounding fast. I felt anxious and uncomfortable.. I immediately got out of my bed too, went out of my room But then I got better and sat down. In 5 mints my heart rate returned to normal and I slept later on Due to rising number of heart rate incident, I am worried if this episode was about heart

Hi dear Did u check how much was the heart rate ? Usually a bad dream or something can sometimes lead to the complaints that u are describing and so it should not be of much concern .
