Sudden Hearing Loss

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Sudden Hearing Loss in the left ear. Consultated ENT Doctor and he said everything is fine with the ear. He Suggested to consult a neurologist and I took MRI BRAIN, NECK, MR ANGIOGRAPHY. Report of everything is fine. They all said it's a kind of Virus attack on the ear nerve. How to solve this problem? Please guide me

Actually neural problems should be taken care immediately , if not use some neural supplements for strengthening of nerve mam or plz consult ENT surgeon for hearing aid mam
