Sudden Head spin,blackout and senseless
Within the gap of 2 days, this is the second time my head suddenly spinned and I became unconscious. My bp : 96/137

What you are complaining of is likely TIA. Also your systolic BP is on lower side both indicating towards cerebral hypoperfusion which means less blood is going to your brain. It needs further evaluation and work up to be done.
