The stabbing pain could be normal pressure symptom of pregnancy
The fatigue needs to be evaluated
Get ur hemoglobin thyroid sugar vitamin d and vitamin b12 levels checked
Concentrate on a good protein rich diet
Lots of proteins fruits n vegetables
