Sudden dizziness since afternoon
Hello Doctors, I was perfectly fine since morning but around 12:30 when I lied down to rest, suddenly started feeling dizzy on getting up. I could feel as if my head was spinning anti clockwise. I was on Azithromycin for 3 days for UTI infection, last dose taken yesterday.
Can I take Stugeron 25 for the dizziness or will it react with Azithromycin I took yesterday? Can we safely take Stugeron 25 after 10 or more hours of taking Azithromycin? After 5-10 mins of sitting it goes away but again when I lie down or try to get up dizziness comes back. Head is paining mildly, at back of head and spine. Please advise.
