Sudden Change in Behavior
Hello Sir / Mam, I got married 5 years back and had a beautiful daughter of 8 months right now. Actually I am worried with the behavior of my wife all of sudden without any reason she fight with me and with in law s and also become violant. Tearing my T-SHIRT and Broking spectacle and leaving home with my small daughter at 11:00 in night.

Hello sir, As per information provided by you..I advise you to take the patient to nearby hospital with Psychiatrist available so that this acute  situation can be taken care of immediately and then further detailed evaluation will decide the future course of treatment..See to reach a diagnosis not only the mental status examination of the Patient helps but more information is required..But right now your  prime important goal should be to help the patient and do take care of the baby also... regards

Probably,  she might be undergoing post partum depression. Is she seems to take proper rest and are there enough physical and mental support for her after the delivery.

I think you,  both need to attend a counseling session with a psychological counselor,  to G etc more clarity and for the solutions.
