Dear Doctor,
My mother- age 54
3 times, she had Sudden heaviness & pain nearby chest that she cant even move that lasts for 25-30 minutes.
ECG, Echo OK
But these type of attack happened many times by now. What is it?

If ECG and ECHO is normal it could be muscle spasm. Give her pain killer .
