What are the reasons for sudden heart attack?
Hello, I am a 49 year old woman. All my friends and I were shocked after one of my friends had a sudden heart attack. She looked very healthy and full of energy but all of a sudden she was suffering from heart attack. Can someone please point out what are the reasons for sudden heart attack?

Age, diabetes, hypertension, smoking, high cholesterol, lack of physical excercise, obesity, stress , family history of cardiac disease and sometimes only bad luck.. combination of any of these reasons is a risk factor for heart attack.
