Feat of sudden heart attack
My brother had covid a month ago and it was now sometimes he experiences pain in chest pinching pain and it radiates to back sometimes, his crp and d dimer is normal...but a constant fear of heart attack post covid because some cases are coming his age is 22

Seems more like anxiety. Your symptoms description is not typical of heart related pain. And at 22 age with normal blood reports he should not worry

The anxiety is understandable given the explosion of information in the public domain. This is flip side! Having said that the description given by the patient is counted as -low probability of heart attack pain. Post traumatic disorder like covid illness requires a careful counseling and assuaging his feelings.

Get an ecg done and avoid spicy food. May need to take anti acidity drugs like pantaprazole for a week and see.

Ur described pain is not suggesting heart attack. Reduce ur anxiety. Not everyone will get heart attacks post covid. Use painkiller for ur pain reduction

If the pain is severe, he may need some tests, For mild pain, he can take a pain killer as needed
