Sudden anxiety due to suppressed emotion
Hi. I had a long term (10 years) of suppressed emotions towards my wife. I was afraid of mentioning that I have actually forced myself into the relationship. I needed to establish a family as I was alone and felt that I needed company. There are things about my wife that made my "inner voice" say NO in the first place. I did not listen to this voice and after 10 years my brain suddenly switched to a hyper state of dread, anxiety and regret accompanied by insomnia. How can I get my life back?
