Sudden & sharp weight gain
Hi, My weight grew suddenly and sharply about 1.5 yrs ago by around 4-5 kgs without any changes in diet/physical activity/medication. Hence to counter this ,around an year back I embarked on regularly working out & strict diet control , which UNEXPECTEDLY caused an even further sharper increase of 6-8kg . Basically , I have gained around 12-15 kgs suddenly , and,  this despite vigorous weight control measures. Pls advise the likely reasons and solutions for the same. Regards, Abhishek
