Nothing to worry as such. As per the report the patient is having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
Next Steps
Do an USG Scan Abdomen. Consult with a Gynaecologist for further evaluation. She may ask you to do certain blood tests like HbA1c, FSH, LH, Thyroid Profile, Cortisol levels etc
