The bad breath is caused mostly by bacterial inhabitants in the mouth. Plaque and calculus on the teeth and white coating on tongue harbor more of bacteria resulting in bad breath. Get an ultrasonic scaling and polishing done and make sure u clean your tongue every day. In case the white on the tongue is not scrapable you have to consult the dentist

The coating on tongue can be due to acidity or digestive issues also. Get a scaling and polishing done and continue to maintain good oral hygiene
