  4. Submandibular Swelling. What to do now?

Submandibular Swelling
Respected Sir/Mam, My son is 2.5 months old. I found a little swelling at his neck on right side. I then did 2 ultrasounds to confirm about the problem. Both ultrasounds stated that it is Submandibular gland swelling in right side. Please suggest what to do now ?
