Left tonsil, & submandibular node swolln

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Left tonsil swollen swollen. Left ear pain. Also left tooth decay and pain. Removed a small stone under tonsil with help of ear bud. Sometimes pain while swallowing from left and constant left ear and left submandibular lymph node little swollen pain. Please help. I am a smoker as well.
