I have submandibular lymph nodes enlargement on left side. Taking levoflox500 from past 4days .No improvement wat to do

HELLO, TABLET SIGMOFLAM THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET TAXIM O200 TWICE AFTER  FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. O.K BYE.
