Subchorionic bleeding

I am suffering from subchorionic hamerrage from last two days. Suddenly appeared in 19 weeks of pregnancy. Doctor has prescribed me tranexa injection and drotin injection. I want to drotin injection and tablets are safe during early pregnancy??
