A. Warm compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
C. Try systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin twice daily for 5 days
Pus will collect and it will automatically drain and it will resolve in 7-10 days
Treatment of chalazion
There are three options
A. Medical management which includes warm compresses followed by lid massage followed by antibiotic ointment like azithromycin locally over lid margins
B. Intralesional kenacort injection
C. Incision and curettage
You can consult local ophthalmologist and ask for incision if medical management fails
