There is no need to worry as baby is feeding  This is a simple cold with some allergic element. Give steam inhalation if possible from a little far distance. No need to take many medicines as 5hey have side effects. Unless baby is breathing fast and has fever, no need to worry

Just an allergic reaction that is continuing Find out if you have changed anything in the last 2 weeks, new bed sheets, new clothes, new materials, animals/pets and any new foods. Also during the monsoon, when it's always raining, children do get a cold
Next Steps
if there is anything new, avoid that if it doesn't settle, better to buy an air purifier to remove the allergens in the air saline nasal drops - 1 -2 drop in each nose, every 2 hours can help
Health Tips
in case of fever, breathing difficulty, increase work of breathing, breathlessness - needs prompt medical attention
