I suddenly feel stuffiness in my ears... Like after a plane ride...I don't have pain and I can hear fine... It's just the stuffiness inside my ears... Please suggest what to do

Any running nose or nose block u had recently ? Do u hav frequent wax issues ?

use nasoclear nasal drops twice a day 2 drops for 5 days and do vulsalva maneur ie . blow inside ur mouth lik blowing balloon with mouth tightly closed ...do tat as an exercise
