Stuck sensation in throat

I have been having a sensation that something is stuck in my throat for around a month now. I lost 5 kgs within a span of a few days after I caught a cold, during which I had nausea, headache and dizziness. I took a deworming medicine with Friday dinner and on Monday morning, my stools were covered/embedded with what looked like white seed like substances and the stuck sensation reduced. I also have trouble passing motion regularly. I was prescribed Pan 40 and Gelusil which I am taking regularly
