I've been trying to forget about my friend scince more than yeas I was not in good terms with him but i always have these thoughts coming in my mind , even though they stay for a short time but that would change cause mood swings.As i am person who overthink a lot from childhood so whenever i get that thought i end up digging it deeper and overthinking a lot . I have not had any other problems like sleep deprivation or loosing weight but atmost I would end up crying and then get back to normal
