Stressful
I am getting married next month. I am living with my family but I take all the decisions for my self and my family. now when I think like I should be in another family and discuss things with them and lack of confidence on the groom will he really consider me or not. It is the guy I suggested my parents. He is good but now I fear a lot. I fear whether everything will go good or end up myself stressing to much. I am optimistic in all the things. But when coming to wedding and the culture that only women should do so and so but men shouldn't. I am working women. Even after marriage I should work as it is my identity and also to support their family as they are not well settled. They thing only the guys have pressure after marriage and girls simply get married and go to their home and live happily. Please help me get out of my confusion

Apprehensions are natural when one is about to start a new life. We learn as we go along. But please do not compromise everything for marriage but be willing to adjust. Go for with a positive mind and talk to a counselor/ psychiatrist if needed
