Hi Before coming to conclusion like migraine, please settle your eye problem first, because you are having frequent change in eye Power with axis deviations & people do have these flashes & problem in going to sunlight because during eye check-up they put you on eye drops which will dilate your pupils & Make vision blurred.
Next Steps
please visit good opthalmologist for further clarification & visit psychiatrist to rule out depression & migraine.
