Hi , yes stress is a part of everyday life . Practically everyone goes through both good times and bad in their life journey. For some people ,the stress can be financial ,others it can be about relationships or health . It may come early in one person's life and later in another ,may be almost a life long distress for some and a passing phase for others. The point being most of us have been through challenges at some point or the other.Acceptance of this fact can help . As for worth ,it's a highly misunderstood concept. People usually equate it to money ,status or achievement. Another way to look at it is to see that all human beings have an innate worth . Look for Carl Rogers work on the same .
Next Steps
if you are looking for medication , you will need to consult your GP or a psychiatrist. Medication will need to be given as per your state and condition.
Health Tips
meanwhile try reading up on stress Busters ,get some exercise ,eat well and maintain a social life .even though it may be challenging ,it will eventually help you to come out of your current situation. All the best
