I have been strep throat with fever from last three days.i am also taking antibiotics bt didnt find much releief

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
May be you need a change in the antibiotics then.
The bacteria in your case would be a resistant strains.
Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
Do warm salt water gargles thrice a day.
