I did too much salt water gargles one week ago due to which i had patchy throat from inside
chapped lips, too much dryness in nose due which nose is looking red from inside, lost taste buds.
So many things happened due to one mistake.
Now i am taking azithral one in a day, doing gargles frm betadin twice a day, drinking luke warm water and stopped drinking tea.
I started these things frm last two days.
So technically i am suffering frm last 9 days.
What should i do to recover frm this infection ?
I dont have any cough, cold and fever.
I feel burning inside my throat after having meal.
Please help me, i am scared and do not want to visit hospital as i knw what wrong i did due to which i am in this situation.
Thanks

Hi Praveen,
In the first place I would want to know what made you to do gargles, i.e. what were your presenting symptoms. from your narrative you seems to have got too much panicked. Just be calm. Are you having sore throat or throat pain? Do you have loss of taste sensation/burning sensation on tongue? I'll require additional inputs to come to the diagnosis of your problem so that proper treatment can be provided.
Please consider for online consultation.
Health Tips
firstly don't panic.
avoid spicy /oily food.
you can start some over the counter multivitamin.
maintain good hydration.

The problem from your history looks of glossitis with acute rhinitis or may be acute infection in throat
But will require more history from you before giving any treatment and some pics of your throat too
