Femal dogs will allow male dogs only during heat period. No need to worry, it is normal physiology. If you want to prevent her from getting puppies in future, you can go for neutering procedure from your local veterinary doctor

Thats very pathetic for a female dog - feel sad to say she is being hurt because of this - It is a best idea to neuter her and please go ahead. You may find a nearest NGO so you can done it in low or subsidized cost as well.

What you are observing is that the female dog has come into heat (estrus). During this period, she releases pheromones that attract male dogs from the surroundings. It is not normal or healthy for her to be mated repeatedly by multiple dogs in a day—this can cause severe physical stress, injuries, infections (like venereal diseases), unwanted pregnancies, and malnutrition. The hunger and laziness you mentioned may be due to the energy drain from repeated mating, possible pregnancy, or underlying weakness. The most effective long-term solution is surgical sterilization. Spaying will stop heat cycles, prevent repeated harassment from male dogs, and protect her from uterine infections and mammary cancer.
