Straining to poop during pregnancy
Hello doctor, I m pregnant and at week 10. I m straining a lot to pass my stool. I m taking cremafin syrup daily and also lot of fiber like cucumber, fruits , moong and green leaves still i am feeling my stools are v hard. Will straining a lot to poop lead to miscarriage? Also let me know what else can be done to avoid this constipation. I m worried.!

Too much of straining and constipation not good for the ongoing pregnancy. You can discuss with your doctor or consult online
