Hello there, continuous work on monitors are bound to cause eye strain. Get your eyes Checked to see if you have astigmatism as it can aggravate the eye strain. If not, give intermittent rests while working to relax your eyes. If possible sit near the window and stare at distant objects to relax your eyes. You might also need eye drops, use them if your doctor instructs you to do so.
